I had to read this book for school

It is about the "Weird Watsons" It is a funny book. It takes place in the time of the Civil Rights movement but is mostly has nothing to do with it. I enjoy many parts I won't share right now, so you can enjoy them too! I will give this book a 5/5 star rating. I hope you enjoy it too!

Bake sale

A unorthodox style baking  book where all the people aren't people at all they are foods. The two main characters are a cupcake and an eggplant. eggplant wants to go visit his grandma he has to earn enough money to go. Cupcake also wanted to go to see the best chef in the world. 

Scratch

This is a basic programming game with limitless possibility. Mom won a intro book for it  and I started working with it today. It is fun to mess with. If you get the book it keeps telling you to get   stuff out of the Super scrach folder i could not find the folder and it really annoys me.
     I made a game where you must dodge ufo blaster shots and if you get hit it changes your ghost effect you and if you go invisible you lose it has five ufo blaster shots. it is relatively easy. Scratch is very fun I give it 4/5 stars on account of the super scratch problems. 

The curse of the campfire weenies and co.

I started reading a group of books that have short, warped and creepy stories. I think it is an interesting selection. One of my favorites is called Kidzilla,  where a kid wakes up as a giant lizard and goes to school and goes about his day like that and no one really cared and he goes home and wakes up the next day not as a lizard but a robot! There

 are many stories but not many are similar
they aren't all that scary though, just strange. There was one that really creeped me out about a parrot that during the day was normal but at night it is saying kill kill and I will kill you soon. It is really quite creepy. And well I don't have to say what happens at the end. Any way some of those aren't for bed time and others aren't that bad. The ones that aren't bad are warped or strange in some way. 

Bob the unwilling Time-Traveler

                            Thee first chapter

Bob wakes up at a table feeling sick. Having never being sick before he is confused (at this point humans are super evolved at fighting off germs.) It scared him that he could hear none of the cars on the world-wide city. Suddenly I realize I'm trapped in an underground cavern!

   I open my eyes and see a strange black-cloaked man standing in the corner.

  “ah” he said

  “you're awake.”

he explains the obvious I'm in a cavern deep underground, but it catches me off guard when he says

  “I brought you down here because there is an assassin trying to kill you.” That  caught me by surprise.

 

  “What do you mean an assassin? I have done nothing wrong.” my voice hitting an undesirable level of squeakiness.

  “That man” he explained patiently“is after something you own.”

  “Then why not steal it?” I ask.

   “because” he said a note of irritation creeping into his voice. “it will only work for your family until you're all dead.”

   I thought it best to shut up then because not only did it make sense, but I didn't want to annoy this man any further. Suddenly a question popped into my mind that I had to ask.

  “which possession?” 

   the man sighed  and said “we are not sure.”

  “Not sure. Not Sure!” I squeaked with increasing intensity. He said the plan was to throw me and him back in time to find out!

“no!” I scream!“let me out! Let me out!” Practically losing my voice.

My summer so far

Today I was helping at Cub Scout camp and I'm a den chief. My job is to help kids. I also play some games with them. And do archery. I enjoy helping kids. 

Coralline

I read Coralline recently. It is about when a girl named Coraline is pull into a bad world and meets her Other Mother. She try's to keep Coraline there but Coraline left and is trying not to be manipulated by her other mother. Can Coraline out wit her? I recommend this book for 8+. I liked it for its darker nature and how it shows that things aren't always how they seem. 

Strange school too

Today we learned how to troll people on minecraft. Then my mom runs meto the mall and find out Barney and his gang escaped from prison the nation is on high alert! Suddenly alarms blare out as the nation goes into lockdown having happened before, public places are required to have bunkers. We run to the bunker and turn around and find the bunker collapsed! Barney was smarter than we imagined. Suddenly Elmo jumps up with a base ball bat as security arrives  Elmo is forced to hide. He is caught and sent to alkatraz.   That is how Elmo was caught forever ending his reign of terror over children.

Strange school

at school I wish all we did were post L.0.L cats on the internet. Then suddenly Elmo runs in and everyone screams. we evacuate the building. next day the janitor finds Barney in the custodian closet and we evacuate as soon as we leave Barney charged out with Elmo and Big Bird and it became a free-for-all.  We hear panicked cries as we see a mooshroom fighting a squid! we run into a bunker but a giant fish stick was drowning in a vat of custard. Then we meet my mom coming back to town just as things go back to normal. She asks " How was school?" I said "same old same old"

Doctor Who

   I love Doctor Who! It is about aliens and dr.who fights them. He gets companions that accompany on his journeys. it was amazing how he has a sonic screw driver. my favorite thing is the T.A.R.D.I.S (Time And Relative Dimensions In Space)

He travels through the universe in it.

   My favorite episode is The runaway bride. It is hilarious. It is about the doctor (obviously) and a new companion. She got teleported into the T.A.R.D.I.S. She was in the middle of a wedding and when he stopped she runs off and is being kidnaped when she opens the door and jumps after wards they discover an alien plot and go fight.  

   

Insignia

In this book it is world war three and the Rusho, Chinese are winning.On the other side of the war. Tom is invited to a government training branch to train combatants,  they are people who fight using drones in space, to do so requires him to excel in his classes at the pentagonal spire,the most powerful transmitter the western hemisphere. can he become a combatant?   

Skyrim

I like playing skyrim. It is a game were you run around beating up guys. You can also become a thane wich means you get a follower who will carry stuff and fight! It is so exiting!

Order Of Darkness

Order Of Darkness

In this book a man is sent to a church to investigate something strange. As soon as lady abbess was replaced people started going mad.He must get to the bottom of this and figure out who is responsible. I like this book for it's twists and turns. It is completely unpredictable and interesting.

Brotherband Cronicals: the Outcasts

in this book a group of outcasts in brother band training,a training program to become Skandian warriors they must overcome and outwit to win. they face many obstetricals on the way.

in this book Stephine's uncle dies and she meets Skulldugery Plesent "snappy dresser raiser  tongued fire throwing and oh yes, dead." Any way he is a detective working for magical and secret government and she has adventures with him

Daisy Kutter

Daisy Kutter used to be an outlaw but has retired but when she loses all her money in a poker game she is forced to take a job for raiding a train in pays a small fortune, but her employer has a few tricks up his sleeve. not recamended for those not aloud to read curse words.

Erigon

Erigon is about a boy named Erigon who finds a stone in a forest called the Spine. One day two strange men come to town everything falls apart.

If you like the Septimus Heap books, the fire within or the age of fire series you will love this book. Third grade and up would be the age range. I love this book for its well-balanced action and unpredictability. Read Erigon  

Enclave

His book is about a girl named Deuce who becomes a huntress in a place known as Collage Enclave when she becomes partners with a mysterious boy known as Fade as they are sent out on a mission and discover that an entire enclave has been destroyed! After that they are sent Topside and must survive using Fades memory of the dangers and safeties of topside.

            The best thing is how this Post-Apocalyptic world is laced with lies and changes. I also loved it because it has the perfect amount of action and time to let things sink in.

This book is for the fans of the hunger games and for 5th grade and up parents reading it first is strongly recommended for the young end of the range.        

The Cloak Society

        This book is about a boy named Alex Knight and how he grew up as a fouth-generation cloak,a super villon society to fight the rangers of justice. Untill a junior ranger copremises every thing.  As in he saves her life. After that things start to get complex. To find out more read this book by Jeramey Kraatz.

     I loved this book. If you liked the Unwanteds orMagyk you will love this book.

I thought that how they droped their names in escange for a super-villan identaty is cool allong with how they each have separate powers and gadgets is super cool!

Middleworld

Max murphy a boy from Boston is summoned to a place where his parents had gone on a archeological dig and discovers that his parents had dissapered and is throne into a quest with Lola a maya. 4th grade and up would enjoy this book
